Introducing... { Tyler & Alicia Rickett } ~ Wedding

This was the second wedding that I have ever been asked to do, and I've been going at photography for about a year now.  So I was pretty stressed out....because one, it was a wedding...they've gotta be perfect yo, lol.  And for someone that is very particular with lighting, setting and everything, I had been asked to do this, less than a week from the wedding.  I didn't get to see the inside of the church until the day of the wedding and I had about....30 minutes to an hour to test the lighting with my camera.  It was a little more than stressful, you could say, haha.  But all in all, the wedding turned out to be beautiful.  The bride was so nervous and stressed out (as most brides are), but she was so beautiful that day, I don't think it mattered.  Along side her, the groom, Tyler, was pretty chill, from what I could tell.  He's the type of person who doesn't like a camera stuck in his face, so I didn't get too many of JUST him, but ahhh, you do what you gotta do.  The photos turned out so much better than I had anticipated and the bride seems to be very happy with them.  

I congratulate you both Tyler and Alicia!  I hope you both have a great and wonderful life together!

Update! {04/12/2011}

I'm baaaaacckk!! Haha.  Nah, just an update on things and what I'll be posting soon =P  

I had the opportunity to do a last minute wedding this past Sunday, as well as an Easter session with two little girls.  I've also got another Easter session that I need to post on here, but I just haven't gotten to it yet.  So once I get these wedding and recent Easter photos done, I'll be posting at least three session posts! 

I've been SO busy here lately, and it kinda been driving me nuts, but I love it at the same time, lol.  

I'm also taking sessions for CCHS Prom 2011 {May 28th, by the way!} and those are posted on my Facebook page.  Also booking for last minute Senior 2011 or for ones who are Seniors 2012 and would like to book in advance.  I should be REALLY doing those this summer, so if you want to know the prices, just go ahead and look at what I have posted, because the prices probably won't change. 

That's pretty much it though, not much of an update, but it's an update none-the-less.

{ Brittany } ~ Maternity session

This was my first EVER maternity session and I was quite excited to do them.  Brittany is my half sister's - sister, haha.  And she was (currently around 36 weeks, not sure) 35 weeks, I'm guessing whenever I done these last weekend.  She has the cutest baby bump ever and I just couldn't believe how great these photos came out, to be my first Maternity session.  Very exciting! :)
